- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates are quoted per room, per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%.
- Rates include breakfast.
- Management reserves the right of admission.
- Check-in time is at 15h00 and check-out time is at 11h00.
- All alternations to reservations must be made in writing.
- All accounts must be settled by cash, EFT or major credit card. No cheques accepted.
- Where room configuration allows, children under the age of 12 sharing with adults stay for free.
- During periods of high demand we may require full pre-payment.
Children under 3 (sleeping in a cot) will be accommodated for free (subject to availability).
Children over 3 / third person sharing will be charged at R250, per person.
Cancellation Policy
- 7 days or less: 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Between 8 & 14 days: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Between 15 & 30 days: 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Your credit card number serves as guarantee that you will arrive. Should you cancel, the above cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
- 100% pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
- Full rooming list is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- 1 tour guide/ driver is entitled to complimentary accommodation (subject to availability).
